Production soldering jigs
Custom fixtures that hold flex assemblies for soldering, each engraved with a part number and revision.

The challenge
A production line needed repeatable positioning of flexible assemblies during soldering.
Our process
We designed fixtures around the assembly geometry, printed them and engraved each with a part number, revision and date so the right version is always in use.
The result
Repeatable assembly with versioned, traceable tooling.
