Plastic part replication

Your part is out of stock. We’ll make you a better one.

3D scanning, CAD modelling and 3D printing for broken, lost or discontinued plastic parts, from car trim to classic motorcycle panels to appliance clips.

Based in Milton, Ontario · Shipping across Canada

The process

Scan → Model → Print

  1. Broken? Missing? Discontinued?

    Step 1

    Send it in

Local to Halton? Drop off your part in Milton by appointment, or mail it in, broken pieces included. Not sure we can do it? Send photos first.

  2. 3D scan & measure

    Step 2

    3D scan & measure

We capture the geometry with a 3D scanner and verify critical features (holes, clips, mating surfaces) with calipers.

  3. Model & improve

    Step 3

    Model & improve

The scan is rebuilt as a clean CAD model. We fix what broke: thicker walls, ribs, fillets and added hardware where needed.

  4. Print & fit

    Step 4

    Print & fit

Printed in PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA to suit heat, UV and strength needs, then fit-checked against the original.

What we replicate

If it’s plastic, we can probably remake it

Replacements are often stronger than the original because we can fix the weak spot that caused the failure.

  • Car interior trim, clips and bezels
  • Exterior parts: diffusers, caps, covers (ASA)
  • Classic motorcycle side panels and battery doors
  • Appliance knobs, latches and hinges
  • Discontinued toy, tool and equipment parts
  • Brackets, mounts and spacers

Material guide for replacements

  • PLA: Prototypes, display models, signs, organizers and indoor parts.
  • PETG: Functional parts, brackets, clips, enclosures and anything that needs to flex without snapping.
  • ABS: Automotive interior trim, housings and parts that get warm or need post-processing.
  • ASA: Exterior automotive parts, outdoor fixtures and anything that lives in the sun.

“Ordered a re-fabrication of Classic motorcycle panel. (Magna 750 Battery Door. Often lost/cracked and out of stock) Scanned same evening, modelled my recommended reinforcements and extra hardware, and re-produced new part on 2 days. Great Service. Great equipment. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend! Thanks to such professionals, Legendary Speed Machines look all new again!”
